Well, I can see good signs from God in my life again. Seems like many things matches just the right way in the right time. And I can still experience the wonderful power of prayer. Wow, one of the latest prayers had such fast effect that I hardly could believe it.
Sometimes you want other people to be happy with God as you feel you are. But it’s something new for them and it’s also well-known that whatever is new, at the same time it makes people afraid. That’s funny when I have a chance to tell others what marvellous changes God made in me, they stare at me like I was an alien and… actually why don’t they want to feel the same?
But, coming back to my praying – I prayed for my friend to be touched some time with the Holy Spirit while she was downstairs making us tea or something. I really wanted some day to get a chance to tell her about my faith. When she came back, she started to tell me how she imagines life after death. She asked: “What if the Bible lies?” The fact that I just believe that it tells the truth is of course too little. But I tried to explain it in other words. I’d love to come back to this discussion. Just a few minutes and that was exactly what I asked God for. Maybe that was just the beginning of giving her chance to know God. But that was just enough to convince me that God is almighty and I’m sure He wants her to follow Him. Since some time I stopped believing in coincidences.
