V

Yesterday I read a passage from John 10:11-18. It presents Jesus as a shepherd of all people who are His sheep. I also heard a story about a man who was sitting near the well when three shepherds came to let their sheep drink. The man was amazed that their sheep mixed for a moment but when they heard the voice of their shepherd, immediately followed him. The man asked one of them to let him try to do the same and when we shouted none of the sheep moved. That wasn’t the voice which they know.
I also know one voice and I always hope not to make a mistake and follow some other. My sound of life is Jesus. If I don’t recognize His voice in everyday problems, I choose the other path to hear it again. It is said that many people, many situations can turn you to the wrong way. But if you listen by your heart and by your mind, you can feel safe among the voices in your life that you can hear by your ears. Thinking twice about what’s good for you can bring many benefits. Jesus won’t let me be pushed into wolf’s arms. He takes care about all of us altogether and takes care about each of us as a single sheep.
